The Service Department was fantastic. The problem with my car was figured out quickly and fixed on time. The entire time I was notified about everything going on with my car. I bought my car here because of the Sales person, but I keep coming back because of the entire store. I am taken care of at Jaguar Palm Beach in both Sales and Service!

Oh gosh, I thought it was an outstanding performance, I thought they were fabulous there. Well, we serviced our Jaguar from our other home in New Jersey, at the dealership. We found them to be absolutely outstanding, giving us, you know, the best service we could possibly get. When we dealt with them and decided instead of doing any further repairs, because we did have a problem with our car that just crept up, that we would just browse and look for a new car. The salesperson Tracy came over and we told him we were just looking. He just was so courteous, so nice, and I can say I think it was his attention to us which really made us decide to get the new car. We had no intention of buying right then and it was just something about his demeanor, about his manner, that was terrific. He was an outstanding fellow. We really appreciated how were dealt with, and we never had to look at other luxury cars. We just were browsing while they were repairing our car in the service department, and this fellow was outstanding, he was great. I think the dealership is a very cordial, very well run, very friendly, non-professional, at no time did we every feel pressure, we just felt we were in the right location. As I said, we have always found luxury cars, and we never looked at another car, and I think it was just the way we were treated with such courteous and professional manner that was a determination in us getting a new car. Oh, it is fabulous. It is a gem. I can not describe it any other way, and as I say we have owned Mercedes, and the 740 - BMWs, and previous Jaguars. Our delivery of the car was superb. We drove out with it that day. They got everything sparkley, and cleaned, and spiffed up, and sat down with us in the car and explained all of the intricacies of the new car, and telling us to come back, and checking on us, and if we had questions, you know.

Well, the salesman brought the car over over to our home. He delivered the car to our house and went over the features until we told him to go home because it was late. He came back to go over some more features, and it was fine. Everything worked out fine, I mean, I was going to go shop for other cars that day, but I never ended up leaving the dealership.

My sales representative, who was Tracy Wyrick, was very attentive, brought the car to my house a couple of times during the process of decisions, to decide on color, he would bring various cars to me. I would go into the showroom and he would take me on rides on various cars, and then when I finally did decide what color, he then brought the car to me, he came to do the garage door openers, he brought the striper people to put a pinstripe on my car, he was wonderful. He was top marks. The few things that was a little - there was a little bit of dirt here and there, but Tracy took care of it. Oh yes, I am very satisfied, absolutely.
