History of Aston Martin Rapide

The Aston Martin Rapide was first introduced as a concept car at the 2006 Detroit Auto Show and debuted on the market in 2010. It had a short lifespan and was discontinued in 2012. But, in 2013, Aston Martin introduced the Rapide S, and they entered it in the 2013 24-Hours of Nürburgring Race. Powered with new technology, a Hybrid Hydrogen system, the car used both hydrogen and gas. It was the first car to race the 24 Hours of Nürburgring with hydrogen fuel and finished 114th overall.
