Despite the Aston Martin brand being over 100 years old, the 2021 Aston Martin DBX is its first crossover! If you’re curious about how this illustrious brand has shaken up the compact SUV segment, read the 2021 Aston Martin DBX review highlights, and then fill out a pre-approval and schedule a test drive at Aston Martin Palm Beach.

Car and Driver Reviews the DBX

In their 2021 Aston Martin DBX review, Car and Driver was particularly impressed with the DBX’s towing, off-road capabilities, and generally, the versatility of its performance. Here’s what they had to say:

Its chassis demonstrated a broad range of demeanors, thanks to a diverse set of drive modes, which ranged from refined and relaxed to responsive and playful. The DBX is not just another pretty face, either: it can tow 5940 pounds and can actually venture off-road with its adjustable ride height and descent-control features.

TopGear Reviews the DBX

In their 2021 Aston Martin DBX review, TopGear was dazzled with how spacious the 2021 Aston Martin DBX dimensions were. They also maintained that, while the DBX is roomy, it’s especially easy to park in tight places:

The front seats are particularly pretty, and the rest of the interior is well-suited to four people, with an occasional seat for five. General leg and headroom is very good – something to do with that generous wheelbase – and although the doors are physically short, they open wide, which means the DBX is surprisingly accommodating and useful in tight parking spots, despite its overall width.

MotorTrend Reviews the DBX

The 2021 Aston Martin DBX’s handling especially impressed MotorTrend. In their Aston Martin DBX review, they gushed about the responsive, thrilling, yet perfectly smooth feel of the DBX’s performance:

Left in GT mode, the DBX flowed beautifully down the gnarly British backroads on our drive loop, with the nine-speed automatically adroitly surfing the twin-turbo V-8’s broad swathe of mid-range torque. The steering is light, accurate, and communicative, and there’s an oily compliance to the primary ride, heave motions additionally calmed by that long wheelbase. The lack of body roll through turns, the absence of diagonal pitch and side-to-side head toss over bumps, and the way the dampers deftly catch upward body motions all conspire to make the Aston feel remarkably calm and composed.

Edmunds Reviews the DBX

Edmunds noted the unusually long list of standard luxury features offered on the 2021 DBX. In their words:

All the right materials are present inside the DBX, with wood, metal, leather and available faux suede trim throughout the cabin. As is typical of ultra-luxury cars, the DBX is pretty much loaded with features out of the gate. A configurable 12.3-inch digital instrument panel sits behind the steering wheel, though the true focal point is the 10-inch display screen in the center stack…with its impressive list of standard equipment and high-quality leather interior, any DBX would be fine with us.

Road Show Reviews the DBX

Road Show was impressed by the dashboard design and the abundance of leathering throughout the cabin. See what they had to say:

Everything looks good, and I love the way the dashboard is sculpted. The majority of the surfaces are covered in soft leather, the front seats are incredibly comfy and there’s a ton of legroom in the back.
